By connecting your Google account and using Claudinho — Agenda, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Linski (legal name 61.062.750 LTDA, CNPJ 61.062.750/0001-82).

1. What the service does

Claudinho lets you view, create, reschedule, rename and cancel events in your Google Calendar through WhatsApp messages, performing only the actions you request.

2. Your account and authorization

You are responsible for the Google account and the WhatsApp number you use.
Calendar access is granted by you via Google OAuth and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates third-party rights or Google's terms. Actions are performed based on the commands you send.

4. Availability and limitations

The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, aiming to give notice when possible. We rely on third-party services (Google, WhatsApp) whose outages may affect operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. You should verify critical schedule information directly in Google Calendar.

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.
