This policy describes how the Claudinho — Agenda service (“Claudinho”, “we”) handles the information of users who connect their Google account to manage their calendar through WhatsApp. Claudinho is operated by Linski (legal name 61.062.750 LTDA), registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 61.062.750/0001-82, headquartered at Av. Sete de Setembro, 2775, Rebouças, Curitiba/PR, Brazil, ZIP 80.230-010 (the “controller”).

In one sentence: Claudinho accesses your Google Calendar only to carry out the commands you yourself send via WhatsApp (view, create, reschedule, rename and cancel events) — nothing else.

1. Data we process

Your WhatsApp number — used to identify who sends the commands.
Google Calendar data accessed through the Google Calendar API at your request: event titles, dates/times, locations and descriptions, and the list of your calendars.
Access credential (OAuth token) issued by Google when you authorize. The refresh token is stored encrypted (symmetric encryption) and used only to renew access when you make a request.
The email address of the connected Google account — to identify the linked calendar.

We do not collect email content, Drive files, contacts, or any data outside the Calendar scope.

2. How we use the data

To perform the calendar actions you request by message (view/create/edit/cancel events).
To send, when you enable it, a daily summary of your events to your WhatsApp.
To keep the connection active (renew the token) and notify you when authorization expires.

Your calendar data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train artificial intelligence models, and is not shared with third parties for those purposes.

3. Limited Use of Google user data

Claudinho — Agenda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and only access it to provide and improve user-facing features, at the user's request.

4. Sharing

We do not share your calendar data with third parties, except:

Infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting and database), acting as processors under our instructions and confidentiality; and
When required by legal obligation or order from a competent authority.

5. Storage and security

The refresh token is stored encrypted; database access is restricted and authenticated.
Communication with the Google APIs and with WhatsApp uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
We apply the principle of least privilege: we request the Calendar scope only.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your credential and the calendar link while the service is active for you. At any time you can:

Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; and/or
Request disconnection and deletion of your data by messaging Claudinho or emailing the contact below.

After revocation/request, we delete the stored credential and the calendar link.

7. Your rights (Brazilian LGPD)

Under Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the service you requested and your consent when authorizing calendar access.
